Registration Info
Week long Sessions/Grand & Me Camp
Early Bird (January 1 – April 30): $455/$228
at last summer’s rate!
Regular Rate (May 1 and after): $494/$247

A non-refundable, $50 deposit is required at the time of registration to complete and submit a registration for summer camp.

Registration for each session of camp closes 7 days prior to the start date of each camp session. Director discretion may apply to extend registration on a case-by-case basis.

Refer-a-Friend Discount
Know someone who hasn’t been to a Mingus camp since before 2020 or has never been at all? Use our Refer-a-Friend Form to recommend up to 5 new campers, making them eligible for $25 off registration fees, and you eligible for up to $125 off! Camp Descriptions
NEW! Grand & Me Camp
Session 3b: July 5-7
This 3-day, 2-night camp will give grandparents and their grandchildren an opportunity to bond with each other and other “grand-families.” Campers, big and small, will participate in traditional camp activities such as gaga ball, crafts, hikes, campfire worships, and more! This introductory overnight camping experience is a chance for grandparents and grandchildren to learn all about summer camp at Mingus and discover what they like best!
Please note: this camp will operate as one larger cohort led by Mingus Camp Staff, where grandparents are responsible for however many grandkids they bring with them; plan accordingly!
3-day, 2-night camp (Wed-Fri) for grandparents (18+) and campers entering grades 1 – 8 in Fall 2023.
Elementary Camps
Elementary I Camp, Session 1: June 19-24
Elementary II Camp, Session 2: June 26-July 1
Elementary Camp is filled with new challenges, faith-building experience, and tons of fun for your growing camper. With opportunities to participate in archery, games, fishing, crafts, hiking and more – Elementary camp is one adventure after another. Campers are sure to fill your vehicle with camp songs, great stories, and many laughs on the way home; get ready for a fun ride!
6-day, 5-night camps (Mon-Sat) for campers entering grades 3 – 6 in Fall 2023.
Junior High Camps
Jr High I Camp, Session 1: June 19-24
Jr High II Camp, Session 2: June 26-July 1
This high-energy week is filled with new and old friends, exciting activities, new adventures, and engaging worship. Junior High campers participate in traditional Mingus Mountain camp activities with the added daily freedom to choose new activities – like night ziplining! This week of camp will provide an experience campers will remember for years to come.
6-day, 5-night camps (Mon-Sat) open to campers entering grades 6 – 9 in Fall 2023.
Junior/Senior High Arts Camp
Session 3a: July 2-7
This week of camp gives campers the opportunity to embrace their artsy, creative sides! Campers spend each day sharing their creative and original ideas through various art mediums and activities and participate in traditional Mingus Mountain camp experiences. We are excited to provide ample opportunity for campers to practice their artistic passions and instill in them the understanding that they are God’s masterpiece!
6-day, 5-night camp (Sun-Fri) open to campers entering 6th grade in Fall 2023 through graduated seniors.
Junior/Senior High Night Owls
Session 4: July 16-21
Experience all the joys of camp at this “upside-down” session, but while staying up late (until 2:30 – 3:00am) and sleeping until 11:30 am. Become a true night owl with nighttime hikes, night zipping, glow-in-the-dark painting, night disc golf, and so much more to explore! We’ll share in this fun while growing our faith, growing friendships, and growing our night vision! Who knows? You may not need a flashlight after spending a week in community under the cover of darkness!

Senior High Adventures in Missions
Session 1: June 19-24
Campers join in the adventure of God’s calling to serve “the least of these” by spending the week participating in service projects at Mingus Mountain and in the surrounding communities. Campers will also enjoy outdoor experiences such as canoeing Prescott Lake or hiking in the area, and traditional Mingus Mountain camp activities. Our hope is for campers to leave knowing they can make a difference in the world through service to their community!

Senior High L.I.T. Camp
Session 2: June 26 – July 1
For rising 10th graders to graduated Seniors, L.I.T. campers begin the life-long journey of being the leader God has designed and invited them to be. We will spend the week participating in team-building activities, small group discussions on servant leadership, helping lead a group of campers, and participating in traditional Mingus camp activities. This week of leadership training will encourage participants to listen to the voice of God within them to partner in building the Kingdom here on earth through their gifts and talents.

Senior High Adventure Camp (Back & Better than Ever!)
Session 3a: July 2-7
Adventure Camp will challenge senior high campers physically and spiritually! Join us for an adventurous week of activities which may include ziplining, hiking, outdoor cooking, and camping. This is a week filled with tough faith questions, relationship building, teamwork, and memorable experiences while enjoying outdoor adventures and developing a deeper appreciation and enjoyment of God’s amazing creation!
